Veteran Vending Services LLC (VSS) provides FREE vending machines to both small and large business operations. In addition to providing FREE equipment, VSS will maintain and stock the machines, creating a no hands-on approach for the business.
VSS utilizes updated technology, such as digital card readers to improve customer support and interactions. With the addition of card readers, VSS is able to remotely monitor inventory, issue card transaction refunds, manage reward programs for repeat customers, and allow customers to remain cashless by using all digital forms of payment.
Through innovative measures, VSS attaches QR codes to both vending machines and promotional snacks to allow easy communication with VSS. By using the QR codes, customers and business owners alike are able to provide instant feedback to VSS, whether it be suggesting a new product or addressing a problem with the machine(s).
Vending Machine Options
Veteran Vending Services LLC (VSS) offers three types of vending machines. VSS can supply standard room temperature snack machines, cold beverage machines, and combination machines.
Q: Can I get any type of machine for my business / location?
A: Upon agreeing to allow VSS to place a machine at your location, VSS will conduct a traffic assessment to determine what size machine best fit your location. After the assessment is complete, VSS will advise you of your options. After a period of time, another assessment will be conducted to determine the need for a larger or small machine.
Snack Machines - consist of a variety of products from potato chips, popcorn, cookies, crackers, candy, and pastries
Machine sizes : Small - 3 wide consisting of space to accommodate approximately 180 items (35 or less employees, light traffic)
Medium - 4 wide consisting of space to accommodate approximately 260 items (50+ or more employees)
Large - 5 wide consisting of space to accommodate approximately 380 items (100+ employees and high traffic)
Beverage Machines - consist of both can and bottled carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. VSS utilizes machines that would accommodate a variety of beverage container sizes from 12 oz cand to 24 oz bottles, ensuring the products are dispensed as selected. Due to the mechanical issues of some machine types, particularly full glass front systems, some machine types may not be available. VSS has live display and standard graphic front display machines to accommodate up to ten beverage options.
Equipment Status
* To help keep both operating cost and consumer cost down, VSS utilizes refurbished equipment which has been tested for functionality and examined for cleanliness. All equipment is in new but used condition. Any issues that arise from any of our machines will be addressed within 24hrs or sooner upon discovery. If the issue cannot be resolved on site, a different machine will be delivered.
